The Carolina Chocolate Festival is the first weekend in February each year (Feb 1-3, 2008) at the Crystal Coast Civic Center in Morehead City, North Carolina.

International Milka Chocolate Festival

The event now includes a parade, tombolas, competitions, face-painting, a climbing wall, along with chocolate prizes. It has evolved into Europe's largest fair for children and has become an ideal event for the whole family.
